We had our wedding at the Collingswood Grand Ballroom and were very happy with our experience. The venue offers beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces that provided a great backdrop for our ceremony and reception. Throughout the planning process, the staff was extremely responsive and helpful in answering our questions. They were great to work with – very professional and organized, which put us at ease. On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly thanks to their coordination. The team worked seamlessly to flip the space from ceremony to reception and made sure all our vendors were set up properly and on schedule. As the couple, it was wonderful not having to worry about any logistics. We felt the venue was excellent value with flexible pricing options. For anyone looking for a hassle-free wedding venue with beautiful, versatile spaces, I highly recommend the Collingswood Grand Ballroom.

There isn’t one thing you could change about the Collingswood Grand Ballroom; they have it all! My perfect day involved being very hands off and the entire staff took care of everything I could have needed and MORE! They cared that our day was easy and full of fun and love. The Ballroom is beyond gorgeous, down to the beautiful getting ready spaces. We were pampered from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Huge thank you to everyone who took immaculate care of us, especially Debbie and Francesca who made sure everything ran seamlessly.

Wow! Words will not do the Collingswood ballroom justice. Beautiful venue with history, elegance, and GREAT air conditioning! Enough about the venue though, working with Debbie for our event has been such a pleasure! Debbie and her team have been accommodating, accessible, and professional. I would work with Debbie for any future events in a heart beat. She has years of experience and it shows- she’s the best in the business and we have been SO lucky to work with her. The Collingswood Ballroom is the way to go for your event!

I absolutely loved getting married at this venue!! It reminded me of the Ballroom at the Ben, just as gorgeous but only a 10th of the price. The spotlight dance for our first dance was unforgettable and Paula was so amazing to work with. We got married in November so the leaves had just changed and it was beautiful! We rented the photobooth and everyone has an amazing time and we’ve been told nonstop how gorgeous and perfect everything was. Also a special shout out to the bartenders because everyone told me the bartenders remembered who they were and what they ordered and were super quick and awesome.

From the moment my husband and I entered the Collingswood Grand Ballroom, we knew we had to have our wedding there. It is simply beautiful and has a certain charm to it. It is classy without being in your face. Many of our wedding guests have told us how beautiful the Collingswood Grand Ballroom was, that the grand staircase was so elegant, and how much they enjoyed the wedding there overall. The bridal suite is also incredible and the natural light that gets in is stunning — it really made for the excellent photos.
In addition to the pure elegance of the Collingswood Grand Ballroom, the customer service was top-notch. Beth and Paula were very responsive, attentive, and were really helpful through the whole process. They made everything so easy for my husband and I the day of the wedding. We could not be more happy with our decision to have our wedding at the Collingswood Grand Ballroom, and could not recommend it enough as a place to have yours!

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose Collingswood Grand Ballroom as our wedding venue! It has a classic vibe with beautiful drapes lining the interior of the ballroom, as well as an historic mansion attached to the back which offers a significant amount of room for both groomsmen and bridesmaids to get ready. The ballroom itself is one big room with two levels connected by a grand staircase. Our cocktail hour was held upstairs while the ceremony and reception were held downstairs. The greatest asset is their first dance setup. Our first dance was held at the conclusion of cocktail hour prior to introductions. All the guests were still upstairs as the draperies opened to reveal us down on the dance floor. It was truly magical! The grounds are also very beautiful, which made for fantastic photo opportunities. Debbie was wonderful to work with. Booking this venue did require more coordination as we had to book more vendors ourselves since the ballroom only provides the event space. But Debbie gave us a list of vendors to choose from who are familiar with the venue, so that definitely mads things easier.

Paula is amazing!! Not only did she walk you through how your day would be. She showed us around the beautiful ballroom/mansion. The place is breathtaking, and we loved having our wedding here. We would definitely recommend having your wedding here.

We had our wedding there 6/11/23. It is a beautiful space, inside and out. Their dance floor was great for my family, drinks were great. Beth who helped us the whole way was great! She was on top of things leading up at and the day of the ceremony!

The Collingswood Grand Ballroom and their staff went above and beyond our expectations! Beth was extremely helpful throughout the entire entire planning process. She responded quickly to any question I had (and I had a LOT lol) and was extremely knowledgeable and organized. Wedding planning is very stressful, but because this venue operates like a well oiled machine, I never had to worry about that part. I highly recommend this venue!!

“We had our wedding at Collingswood Grand Ballroom on Feb 19, 2022, and it was absolutely perfect. From the time we first visited the venue, Paula was so friendly and made it a great experience. It is the most beautiful space and Paula was so accommodating. She really cares about making your day exactly as you wish. The ballroom also has many centerpieces available to choose from, and open bar packages. In addition to the beautiful ballroom, there are bridal and groom suites; both are large and really awesome spaces to get ready in. I couldn’t recommend the ballroom highly enough!”

The everything about the facility — from the balloom, to the front porch, the mansion and the grounds — is elegant and top notch. The staff was incredible. They handled every single detail and request with kindness and patience – including some huge logistical changes just 2 hours before the ceremony.

“The staff at Collingswood truly went above a beyond to make sure my wedding day was perfect. I wasn’t that bride who had everything planned out perfectly, and it was great to work with a group who used their knowledge to help me and ask for input on things I wasn’t considering. After all, I’d never been married before and had very little involvement in any other weddings while they were doing these events all the time! As it turned out, my wedding dress had a bustle which was revised without my knowledge after the final fitting. Samantha quite literally saved the day by improvising when no one knew exactly how to make it work. She came in even more clutch than any of my bridesmaids could because of her extensive knowledge and experience. The bottom line: I’m married, it was beautiful, and it would not have happened without the team at this beautiful venue.”

“I absolutely loved our wedding venue at the Collingswood Grand Ballroom. The space was large enough to accommodate the large number of guests I had, without feeling too crowded. The upstairs cocktail hour and the stairs we made our grand entrance on were what sold us on the space. We got married outside on the grass under the big tree and it was perfect. The planning process was painless. And most importantly, this venue was affordable. Thank you for a wonderful experience!”

“The venue is one of the most important pieces of the wedding. I searched ALL over South Jersey from the shore to wineries to giant wedding-factory ballrooms. I knew I wanted something very “Gone With the Wind” — something timeless, elegant, and OF COURSE a GIANT sweeping staircase for my big entrance! I found EVERYTHING and more when I entered the Collingswood Grand Ballroom. I nearly cried the moment I walked in for the tour — I just knew. The staff are amazing and are there to answer all of your questions. Aside from the venue being a “wow factor” the wedding pictures turned out absolutely gorgeous both inside and outside of the venue. I highly recommend!!”

“The Collingswood Grand Ballroom is one of the most beautiful venues in NJ that you’ve never heard of. My husband & I lucked out when we found this venue. It was flexible in the number of people it could accommodate, and they never book more than one wedding a day. We were absolutely stunned by the enormous dance floor & the elegant grand staircase that made this two-level ballroom so beautiful. This venue is part of the Scottish Rite theater and mansion. In the mansion area is a bridal suite where your bridal party is able to gather before the reception. The Scottish Rite theater is absolutely beautiful, & even though there was an event going on there the night of our wedding, we didn’t hear anything. There were incredible photo opportunities from the large tree right out front, to knight park just down the road, to inside the ballroom itself.
Heather at the ballroom was more than willing to take the time to walk you through any question you might have from the caterers available to the champagne options. They also had a ton of additions available to enhance your evening. We chose to use their coffee & cordial bar, as well as their uplighting and it was very well received.
The night of the wedding couldn’t have gone better. Through the help of Summit Catering, the ballroom had been transformed into a stunning site with blue uplighting & other accents that tied the whole room together. Cocktail hour took place on the second-floor & when they pulled the curtains back so our guests could watch my husband and I have our first dance in the middle of the dance floor below, the murmurs of amazement filled the room. The large bar downstairs was more than adequately staffed & there was never a long line for drinks, and that was not for lack of plentiful drinking all around. I only received compliments on how elegant & outstanding the night was and would suggest this venue for anyone looking to get married in NJ. I fell in love with it, & I am sure you will too!”

“The ballroom felt dramatic yet cozy with the giant 2 story ballroom and grand staircase. Cocktail hour took place upstairs, dinner downstairs. We had 180+ guests in this large space, and yet it still felt intimate. And the mansion in front, which becomes the bridal sweet, was amazing for photos.”
